To me, fitness and nutrition are necessary acts of self care. If I'm not feeding my body foods that make it feel good and moving it regularly, I don't feel like myself. And if I don't feel like myself, it can be really hard to show up authentically for others. And who doesn't want to feel like the best version of themselves as often as possible?! Your lifestyle is a huge indicator of how you feel and how you show up in the world. The good news is you get to choose what kind of lifestyle you want to live. It may not be easy to make changes, but little changes become habits, and habits become routine. Living healthy is living well.
Healthy living isn't all about going to Soul Cycle classes and blending up a perfectly Instagrammable daily smoothie. Healthy living is consistently checking in with your mind and your body to see how they are and what they need. Healthy living is having the confidence to live the way you want to live and create a lifestyle that feels good and supports your true self. Healthy living is feeling better than you knew possible. Healthy living is an inside job, but it's so important to surround yourself with likeminded people who will support you, cheer you on, and understand your desire to level-up your life and live big.
